National Lampoon's Van Wilder: The Rise of Taj

Van Wilder Deux: T.R.O.T (must be rel 12/1)Dec 1-3
Opening 3day wkd box office Van Wilder Deux: TROT
301) Over 4 million -170

Yeah, I risked a 1/2 unit on this for fun (VW tops $4m in first weekend). The first Van Wilder is kind of a cult film... I can see people coming out for this one. At the same time, I wouldn't be surprised to lose this bet.

Week 13 NFL Free Football Picks - Raven vs. Bengals

Baltimore and Cinny are both very good teams. The public is on the Ravens (9-2) and Cinny (6-5) is at home and giving points. Jamal Lewis and Ray Lewis are both questionable... BUT I still see the Ravens as a play, just not a very strong one...

That said, to win a 1/2 unit:
Baltimore Ravens over Cincinnati Bengals
30-November-2006 5:00 PM PST
Spread +3 for Game +107

A few more games I'm considering:
Giants +3.5
Jacksonville + 1 or 2
Buffalo +6 (hopefully 7)

The Bills have had a terrible schedule this year. San Diego is a good team, but playing away... I pretty much decided to play the Bills, but I'm waiting on the line.

Anyway, that is enough for tonight... I have to buy some X-mas presents...

NFL Betting - Recap

Not the greatest weekend. Ended up 4-5, down a little less than 1 unit. But both my fantasy football teams won. I clinched a playoff spot in one league (the only one with playoffs), and I'm a 1/2 game out of first in my 2 money leagues. Also at this point, I'm guaranteed to win cash in both do in part to a few great side bets :O)

It figures that both my leans, that I didn't bet, won (San Fran and N.O.)... oh well. up next, lucky week 13
