And I'm on 2 more games... 3 favorites out of the 4 games (and I usually bet dogs). I'll passing on the Bears game, but I have a futures bet that they win the division, so you know who I want to win this week.

Baltimore Ravens
Spread -4 -110 for Game
I was on the Colts last week, but I really can't go with them 2 weeks in a row. "Defense wins championships", and I'm going with the best defense in the NFL vs one of the worst. The Colts did a fine job last week at home against the Chiefs, but I expect their line to leak like a sieve this week.

San Diego Chargers
Spread -4½ -110 for Game
The Pats are a public team. When people see the line, they say "Pats in the playoffs getting points?!?!" and they bet New England. I know this. The bookies know this. This line is off. The Charges are the real deal. They are rested. They are 8-0 at home. They have LaDainian Tomlinson. SD is my pick.

I'm already on New Orleans Saints -4½. Look below for write up.

Pinnacle Sports closed it's doors to US players yesterday... another one bites the dust...

I didn't have time to write up the Saints game last night, so I'm writing a little now.

The Saints are playing at home and this is a big deal for New Orleans. Even though they have dropped their last 4 at home, I see the home field advantage being big in this one. NO also has had an extra week to prepare. The Eagles only have 6 days with travel.

Since 1990, when the league went to its present six-team playoff format and rewarded the top two teams with byes, those top two teams are a combined 52-12. In the NFC it's even more one-sided, with the top two rested teams having a combined record of 28-4.

It looks like the sports betting public is on the dogs this weekend. For some reason, there is a lot of action on Philly, yet the line is creaping towards the Saints. Always a good sign that the big money is on New Orleans.

Other teams that I like this weekend - Chargers, Bears, and Ravens. Yes all favorites...

I'm thinking about bets, and will probably have 1 or 2 more by game time.

Dallas couldn't get it in on the 3 yard line. Then 10 minutes later Romo dropped the snap on a game-winning field goal and cost me the over on Dallas... Well, that's the way it happens...
