NFL Football Picks/Bets - The Playoffs - Championship Weekend - Added Bets

6-0 last week! I added a few more plays for tomorrow. All bets were placed at Bodog.

Chicago Bears +3½ over Green Bay Packers
The Bears are a value bet here. They're a home team underdog in the NFC Championship game. The Packers are good, but it'll be hard for them to win in Chicago this weekend. This is the biggest game of Aaron Roger's career. He's not a tested playoff QB. I'm taking the points in this one.

Total Receptions – Donald Driver (GB) Over 4 (-135)
Drive had 5 receptions vs Philly and 6 in last week's blow out. He's a veteran that Rogers can count on in tight games, and he'll still get looks in blowouts. I like the over at 4.

Total Receptions – Greg Olsen (CHI) Over 3 (-130)
Jay Cutler and and Olsen go way back. Olsen might not get a lot of yards this week, but he'll get some looks.

Total Interceptions – Ben Roethlisberger (PIT) Over ½ (-135)
Tom Brady was picked off last week for the first time in 12 games. The Jets D is playing great, and they should be good for 1 pick vs Big Ben.

I'm already on:
New York Jets +3½ (-105) over Pittsburgh Steelers
Which team will record more sacks in the Jets/Steelers game ? New York Jets -1 (+110)

That's all my bets to tomorrow.

NFL Football Picks/Bets - The Playoffs - Championship Weekend

6-0 last week! Is it any question why I love the playoffs?

New York Jets +3½ (-105) over Pittsburgh Steelers
The last 3 times a team returned to the AFC Championship after having lost the previous year, they won. I'm not even better the Jets to win this game, I'm just betting that they cover the spread. The Jets also won their last match up in December. They were able to run on the Steelers D, and even though Polamalu is playing, he doesn't look completely healthy. Mark Sanchez has been solid through out the playoffs, but it's the Jets defense that will win this game. Over the last couple of weeks, they've confused, hurried and sacked Manning and Brady multiple times. Now they face Ben Roethlisberger who isn't as good a QB as either of those two. Big Ben was also sacked 6 times last week. I'm expecting the same to happen tomorrow.

Which team will record more sacks in the Jets/Steelers game ? New York Jets -1 (+110)
They both have good defenses, and the Steelers O-line is riddled with injuires.

I'll be back with more later. You can find this prop bet and other at Bodog.
