NFL Sports Betting - Week 6 Football Bets - Added Play 2

Minnesota Vikings +5½ -110

The Bears are getting too much respect here. They got lucky win last week, and Minny off a bye should be ready.

Already on:
New York Giants -3½ -105
San Diego Chargers -9 -110
Tennessee Titans/Tampa Bay Buccaneers UNDER 37½ -110

Still thinking about Dallas, Philly and a few totals.

I might have a few plays tomorrow morning...

Good Luck!

College Football Betting - A few more bets...

This is my full card for today.

Adding another unit to Penn State. Now a 2 unit play @ -7 -110.

Iowa +4 -110
Northern Illinois +5 -110
In both plays the wrong team is favored. I grabbed good lines on 2 great home dogs. BTW, I just heard the talking heads on ESPN praising Illinois (vs Iowa)... this has to be the kiss of death.

Good Luck!

College Football Betting - Wisconsin at Penn State

Penn State -7 -110
Will Wisconsin be able to right ship after falling from #5 in the nation? I doubt it. Their defense "statistically is getting worse", and Penn State at home will be their second road game is 2 weeks. The Public is all over Wisconsin (because they are ranked), but it's Penn State's homecoming. Paterno will have this team ready and focused on this game, not the off field distractions.

Disclaimer: College Bets YTD: 2-4, -2.35 units (including 2 losing bets on Rutgers)

In fantasy football news:
Derrick Mason (diarrhea) is listed as probable for Week 6. Mason will start and try to keep any flatulence to himself. It may help him if Fahkir Brown, Ronald Bartell, and Tye Hill don't want to press him at the line of scrimmage because of the stench.

Good Luck

NFL Sports Betting - Week 6 Football Bets - Does Dallas cover?

Dallas at home and getting points looks real tempting this week. I almost bet it when the line first opened... But it's against the Pats. The team the public can bet the hell out of every week and still win. And this line looks a little low for them... But it's moving. If the line creeps up to 7, I think I might have to pull the trigger and bet against the Pats for the 2nd week in a row. They are 5-0 against sub-500 teams. At least Dallas beat the Giants (3-2).

Check out my earlier posts for the 3 bets already made this week.

Good Luck.

NFL Sports Betting - Week 6 Football Bets - Added Play

New York Giants -3½ -105
I'm giving the half point on this game, but I don't think it'll hurt me. The Falcons are in real bad shape. Their O line is in shambles, and they are going up against the same team that sacked Philly 12 times two weeks ago. Meanwhile, the Giants have been getting healthy. This will be a public play, but the public has to win sometimes, right?

Good Luck

NFL Sports Betting - Week 6 Football Bets

San Diego Chargers -9 -110
The Chargers are back, and they roll at home. The Raiders off a bye aren't scary.

Tennessee Titans/Tampa Bay Buccaneers UNDER 37½ -110
These teams play to the under. Bucs top RBs are hurt.

Record YTD:
NFL Sides: 7-8-1, -0.85
NFL Totals: 5-4-1, +1.75

That's all for now.
