College Football Betting - Holiday Bowl
Texas has been a slow starter all year with about 60% of their pts being scored after the 1st half. ASU is about 50/50. I'm looking for both teams to start off slow tonight, feeling out the other and avoiding turnovers.
YTD Record here.
Good Luck.

College Football Betting - Georgia @ Georgia Tech
Moving on, I really like Georgia Tech at home today. Everyone is on Georgia, but Tech is live home dog and will play up to their ranked rival. I have a unit of them to cover and another unit on them to win straight up.
Georgia Tech +4 -110
Georgia Tech Money Line +140

Ron Paul Update & Sports Betting Update
Ron Paul ended up netting over $4.3 million on Monday. Yes, he is pro online gambling. Ron Paul says, "I believe strongly that the internet should not be regulated by the federal government and believes even more strongly that people should be free to engage in the activities they wish, as long as they are willing to take responsibility for their actions."
He is also against big government and the war in Iraq. You can read more about him here - http://www.ronpaul2008.com/
His next smaller money bomb is Veteran's Day - http://thisnovember11th.com/
The next BIG Ron Paul money bomb should be on December 16th, the date of the Boston Tea Party - http://teaparty07.com/
I'll be giving to his campaign on both dates...
Updated 2007 Football Record:
NFL sides: 18-14-1, +3.69 units
NFL totals: 9-7-1, +2.45 units
College: 9-8-1, +1.15 units
I'll be back with a few plays later.

College and NFL Football Betting - Final Card
College Football:
Arizona State +8 -110
Oklahoma State +3 -120
Colorado +4 -110
NFL Bets:
Philadelphia Eagles +3 +110
Tennessee Titans -3½ -115
Arizona Cardinals/Tampa Bay Buccaneers OVER 37½ -110
Denver Broncos/Detroit Lions OVER 45½ -110
New England Patriots -3 -110 for 1st Half
Minnesota Vikings +7 -110
When you look at the halftime splits, the Pats always come out hard, and the Colts seem to wake up in the 2nd half. I'm not betting the game, but I like the 1st half bet.
Minny has had a tough schedule and is getting no respect here. They are 0-4 against 500 teams, but did you know that the Charges are 0-3 against 500 teams? Give me the points on the live home dog.
Updated 2007 Football Record:
NFL sides: 16-12-1, +3.70 units
NFL totals: 8-6-1, +2.55 units
College: 9-6, +3.35 units
Good Luck!

College Football Betting - A few bets for week 10 NCAA
Arizona State +8 -110I got a good line on what I think is the better team.
Oklahoma State +3 -120
a good home dog. The wrong team is favored here.
I might be back with more tomorrow...
This nice ass belongs to the winner of the 2007 World Backside Championships... Who knew this contest even existed? But it really is a great idea.

NFL Sports Betting - Week 8 Football Bets - Added bet and more...
It was a good day in college plays, 3-1 up 2.9 units thanks to the 2 unit bet on UConn...
New York Giants/Miami Dolphins UNDER 48 -110
I'm already on Miami for this game. I really don't like betting both a total and side on the same game, BUT there is value in this line and the weather in London doesn't look too nice.
If anyone is looking for a good sportsbook, poker room or online casino, I have to recommend BoDog. This site is one of the best online. I feel that my money is completely safe with them, they have great customer service, and they have committed themselves to the US market. If you haven't already, you should check them out --> BoDog Link

I'll probably be back with more tomorrow.
Good Luck as always.

Iowa +2½ -105
North Carolina St +4 -110

College Football Betting - Florida at Kentucky, California at UCLA
UK had a big win last week over LSU, is playing at home, is ranked above Florida, and is still getting a TD! So no one is giving Kentucky respect here, and it's a good opportunity for a big bet on an up and coming program.
UCLA +3 -115 to win 1 unit.
Both teams coming off a loss, but UCLA's lost Norte Dame is particulary embarising (and is reflected in the line). This team will be ready at home vs #10 Cali.
2 home dogs...
Good Luck.

College Football Betting - A few more bets...
Adding another unit to Penn State. Now a 2 unit play @ -7 -110.
Iowa +4 -110
Northern Illinois +5 -110
In both plays the wrong team is favored. I grabbed good lines on 2 great home dogs. BTW, I just heard the talking heads on ESPN praising Illinois (vs Iowa)... this has to be the kiss of death.
Good Luck!

College Football Betting - Wisconsin at Penn State
Will Wisconsin be able to right ship after falling from #5 in the nation? I doubt it. Their defense "statistically is getting worse", and Penn State at home will be their second road game is 2 weeks. The Public is all over Wisconsin (because they are ranked), but it's Penn State's homecoming. Paterno will have this team ready and focused on this game, not the off field distractions.
Disclaimer: College Bets YTD: 2-4, -2.35 units (including 2 losing bets on Rutgers)
In fantasy football news:
Derrick Mason (diarrhea) is listed as probable for Week 6. Mason will start and try to keep any flatulence to himself. It may help him if Fahkir Brown, Ronald Bartell, and Tye Hill don't want to press him at the line of scrimmage because of the stench.
Good Luck

College Football Betting - Rutgers vs Cinci
Big revenge game for Rutgers. Revenge against Cincinnati for their lost last year. Revenge for losing at home last week to Maryland.
Last week, I was really down on Rutgers and even talked about betting against them this week if they pulled out that game vs Maryland. Well, they didn't and it is reflected in the line. Value of a TD here... Remember that this is Cinci's first real test of the year.
1-1 so far this weekend on college ball.
Good Luck.

Friday Night College Football Bet... And one for Saturday too
Louisville -14 -110
The Cards righted the ship last week and should be back to playing like a ranked team again.
Saturday:
Miami Florida/North Carolina OVER 41½ -110
Don't let last week's low totals scare you, both teams can get and give serious points.
Check the other posts for NFL Bets.

Added College Football Bet
By far not the prettiest game on the board. In fact, everyone hates Stanford this week. 93% of all bets are coming in on Oregon, yet the line has barely moved. No real handicapping on this one, I just found the best line I could and lined myself up with the sportsbooks against the public.
Good Luck

1 good NCAA Football Bet for Saturady
Troy State -8½ -110
So far this year Troy has lost 2 to top 25 teams and beat Oklahoma State at home. So far this year, LA-Lafayette has lost to South Carolina (tough team), Ohio (okay) and McNeese State(who?). I have to lean heavy on the team that can handle Oklahoma State over a team that loses by 17 to McNeese.
Good Luck.
