Saturday Night Baseball Bet

Los Angeles Dodgers - Hiroki Kuroda (R)
San Francisco Giants - Kevin Correia (R)
OVER 8.5 runs at even odds

These 2 pitchers have a combine ERA of almost 10 runs on the year. True they are playing in baseball's most pitcher friendly park, but this is the second time that they are facing each other in 12 days. This means that the hitters probably have a good read on these two and that's never good for medicore pitchers. Also the Dodgers are expected to win this game, so San Fran should get an opportunity to bat in the bottom of the 9th.

Recap of the last game:
Neither pitched well at Dodger Stadium on July 28. Correia allowed six runs in 5 1-3 innings of a 7-6 win, while Kuroda was pounded for a season-high seven runs in 3 2-3 innings.

Good Luck

And football starts tonight

Preseason.. a little too early to bet. I know that I haven't been writing much recently, but the summer is kind of my blog down time. Sure I'm still betting some baseball here and there, but as everyone knows, it's much more fun to bet football...

Then why am I not betting on football today? Easy. Preseason sucks. I don't even like watching these games, although I am... But do I really care if the Jets scrubs can beat the Browns scrubs? Hell no!

I'll wait until the real teams play and the games mean something before I start putting money on em.

But of course, if you bet today's games, good luck and I hope you cash
