A rare college basketball bet
A friend of mine told me today to check out South Alabama -7 vs. Florida Intl.
The first place I went is to the line, and there is some crazy line movement on this game... The line opened Bama -8. Since then at offshore books 82% on the bets coming in have been on Bama, yet the line has dropped to SA -6.5 implying that a few people have been betting Florida hard while the general public are throwing their bets on Bama.
Whenever I see crazy line movement like this, I'm tempted to place a bet on what I see as the sharp side. Well, today I did.
